Here is an example of my work. A catering venture which I undertook with my friend Steph:
Brief was Mexican Cuisine for a 3pm-10pm party, served rustic-style. 50 guests including quite a few kids, and three gluten-free Celiac attendees.
Menu we created
Starters available for guests from afternoon arrival:

- 4C (Carrot, Coriander, Coconut, Cashew) Salad with lime dressing GF
- Rustic Corn Salad GF
- Homemade Coleslaw GF
Dessert:
- Freshly made warm Churros, serves with homemade thick chocolate sauce
- GF Churros made also
- Fruit skewers with aforementioned sauce GF
